We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Executive to develop and implement our social media strategy. The ideal candidate will build and maintain our brand presence across multiple platforms, create engaging content, and grow our online community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content that aligns with our brand voice
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with audience comments and messages
- Track social media metrics and create regular performance reports
- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams
- Implement paid social media campaigns and track their performance
- Manage social media calendar and content planning
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in social media management
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts and engagement
- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Experience with content creation for different social platforms
- Basic photo and video editing skills
- Familiarity with social media advertising
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles
- Experience with influencer marketing campaigns
- Understanding of social listening tools
- Video production and editing skills
- Experience with UGC (User Generated Content) campaigns
- Knowledge of current social media trends and platform algorithm changes
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
