We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who lives and breathes data, ROAS, and conversions.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance channels to drive measurable business growth for our clients.
This role is ideal for someone who understands funnels, testing, tracking, and scaling campaigns profitably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) campaigns
- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation and ecommerce brands
- Optimize campaigns for CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis
- Write or coordinate high converting ad copies and creatives
- Monitor daily budgets, bidding strategies, and performance trends
- Set up and manage conversion tracking, GA4, GTM, pixels, and events
- Perform A B testing on ads, landing pages, and audiences
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and action plans
- Collaborate with SEO, design, and content teams for integrated campaigns
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices
Preferred Skills:
- 2-4 years of hands on experience in performance marketing or paid media
- Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Solid understanding of conversion tracking, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
- Ability to analyze data and make performance driven decisions
- Experience working with lead generation and ecommerce campaigns
- Basic knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO principles
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Detail oriented with a growth mindset
Good to Have (Preferred)
Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, or TikTok Ads
Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, or Webflow
Knowledge of Looker Studio or advanced reporting tools
Agency experience handling multiple clients and budgets
Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint
