We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead design projects from concept to completion, mentor junior designers, and maintain brand consistency across all visual communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling visual designs for digital and print media
- Develop brand identity elements and ensure consistent implementation
- Design marketing materials, social media graphics, and website assets
- Lead creative direction for campaigns and product launches
- Collaborate with marketing, web, and product teams
- Review and provide feedback on design work from junior team members
- Stay current with design trends and technologies
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatile design capabilities
- Experience with digital and print design processes
- Excellent typography, color theory, and layout skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with UI/UX design principles
- Motion graphics and video editing capabilities
- Photography skills
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Experience in an agency or fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
