Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content that aligns with our brand voice
Monitor, respond to, and engage with audience comments and messages
Track social media metrics and create regular performance reports
Stay updated on social media trends and best practices
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams
Implement paid social media campaigns and track their performance
Manage social media calendar and content planning

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in social media management
Proven track record of growing social media accounts and engagement
Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics
Excellent copywriting and communication skills
Experience with content creation for different social platforms
Basic photo and video editing skills
Familiarity with social media advertising
